Join Us as a Sr. Accountant:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee our financial activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
2. Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4. Provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
5. General Ledger Management:
6. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
7. Post journal entries and ensure accuracy of transactions.
8. Monitor and control the chart of accounts.
9. Budgeting and Forecasting:
10. Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
11. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
12. Month-end and Year-end Close:
13. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
14. Prepare and review adjusting journal entries.
15. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

1. Financial Analysis:
2. Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
3. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
4. Tax Compliance:
5. Assist with tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

1. Audit Support:
2. Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
3. Provide necessary documentation and explanations.
4. Team Leadership:
5. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
6. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
• 4 years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
