Your Day-to-Day: - Support technical upgrade and move of applications
- Serve as the primary liaison between CBUs and IT, facilitating communication and support.
- Support key applications in collaboration with vendors and the business.
- Provide first-tier functional and technical support to end users.
- Execute SQL scripts for data management and troubleshooting.
- Analyze applications and environment logs.
- Administer Windows servers and support on-premises Windows and RE Linux based applications.
- Assist with maintenance and migrations to cloud solutions.
- Identify technology opportunities to reduce operational and licensing costs.
- Design and implement IT solutions to meet customer and business goals.
- Manage effective customer relationships with system users and IT technical team members.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to decompose work into manageable, value-based units.
- Identify conflicts and make recommendations to resolve them.
- Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems.
- Recognize interdependencies and functional gaps in business processes.
- Build a strong understanding of technical solutions and analyze failure points.
- Contribute to the application QA testing process and support end users.
- Create and maintain project and support documentation.
- Stay familiar with technology market trends.
- Demonstrate ownership of all assigned tasks, including project-related work.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Who You Are: As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: - Strong understanding of business processes and practices relating to various corporate staff business units.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills, especially for complex issues.
- Proven ability to gather, evaluate, decompose, and prioritize business needs (creation of BRDs).
- Experience supporting applications with SSO integration.
- Attention to detail, highly self-motivated, proactive, and directed.
- Strong customer focus and ability to foster customer relations through effective communication.
- Data analytics and dashboarding skills (Power BI, MS Power Apps, Business Objects).
- Strong test management skills (planning, execution, oversight).
- Experience with cutover planning and change management systems.
- General computer control (GCC) management experience.
- Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (SOX) controls experience.
- Agile working experience.
- Expert level proficiency in Windows OS and Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting Windows infrastructure, Windows Server & client OS, AD, Oracle, MS SQL, and understanding computer architecture aspects (databases, ETLs, applications, network infrastructure, firewalls, etc.).
- Experience with Cybersecurity applications and security stack.

2. Azure AD and Azure federated services
3. Azure SSO
4. AWS Practitioner
5. Troubleshooting proxy communications and firewalls
6. Cybersecurity stack (IDS/IPS, AV, packet capture, and analysis)
7. Tanium
8. Windows and Linux Red Hat Enterprise
9. DNS
10. Application log analysis
11. Supporting multiple applications including eDiscovery applications (EnCase, Relativity, Claims applications, understanding of Legal issues)
12. IoT networks and setup (wired/wireless)
13. VMware
14. Load balancers (Big IP F5)
15. Web applications (Apache, IIS, WebSphere)
16. Git, Docker containers
