Role : Project Coordinator

Location : East Peoria, IL

Employment : Full-Time

only US Citizen

Responsibilities :

• Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, track progress, and escalate issues.
• Communicate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure ITAR compliance and handle administrative tasks.

Qualifications :

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
• Entry-level; prior project coordination experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in email communication; must be a U.S. Citizen (USC) .

Preferred :

• Familiarity with project management tools/software.
• Understanding of project lifecycle and documentation.
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment is a plus.
