Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology. This role involves providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting overall wellness. The Massage Therapist will work closely with patients to assess their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments, progress, and any relevant medical history.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively when communicating with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall patient experience
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a clinical or med spa setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
• Familiarity with patient service protocols and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Varying flexible shifts available

Job Types : Part-time, Per Diem

Pay : $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 10-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Smithtown, Westhampton Beach, East Setauket
